Welcome to The Berkeley Hotel! Our beautifully designed and newly renovated 1/1 is the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and location! Located directly on historic Tennyson St and across the street from Cesar Chavez Park, you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & more! This unit features an abundance of natural light and views of the Rocky mountains!

Our tastefully designed 1/1 features high-end furnishings throughout including a King Casper Mattress & pillows, Viking appliances, Room & Board Furnishings, Quartz countertops, a Rain Fall Shower-head and more! The natural light that pours into this unit mimics the invigorating feeling this unit presents. When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer & Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Outside:
Within your unit, you'll have your own private balcony to enjoy evening sunsets and views of the Rockies! If you want to venture out, our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel!

Garage parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage. Please note that beginning April 1, 2025, there will be a parking fee of $25 per night for guests wishing to park at the hotel.

Getting Around:
You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.

ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).

PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. There is a two dog maximum.

PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.

SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Beautiful, brand New condo unit in amazing location. We were traveling with our 1 year old and this place checked all our boxes. Nice park across the street, great food, coffee, and beer all in walking distance. We did encounter one issue in the beginning of our stay, but owners resolved it accordingly. We will definitely be back!

Great place for families right on tennyson. Beautiful quiet buoldinv and unit with lots of shops/dining nearby. My only suggestion would be to have four complete sets of towels for guests that include hand towels and wash cloths and also a better Kuerig machine or a regular coffee pot or French press. Will def stay again!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and nice hotels- but this Vrbo is the best explanation of perfection! Everything is top of the line- you feel like you’re staying in a magazine Vrbo! Tennyson is a perfect street for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner and a lovely family, welcome walking atmosphere! We definitely want to stay here again and will definitely look to see if this host has any more rental spots! I wish I could duplicate it to be my own home! We also loved that there was a full kitchen with all the pans you might need!

We checked off many bucket list items while we were here. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Also loved having a parking garage. We did lots of walking around. Went to boulder for a concert, went to Idaho springs for zip lining. Took in a Rockies game, and went to Red Rocks. I would recommend this place. Very clean. The bedding was amazing! We loved the rooftop view. We enjoyed a nightcap at the firepit on the rooftop with an amazing view! Make sure you get the cinnamon roll from Denver biscuit co.

WE absolutely loved it!!! I am going to get sheets and comforters just like they have!! Location was perfect. We loved the Rooftop wish you had cushions for the chairs on the balconies and rooftops. Great place!!!!!

Excellent Location and clean apartment. Check-in was not straightforward, though it could have been a rare occasion. The Property Manager was responsive though it was a very complicated check-in process...perhaps bad luck. Overall, I would stay again at this property.

Great property close to everything and well appointed. Small drawbacks, only full size towels, no face cloths. Somebody put away dirty dishes in cupboard and although no dogs were allowed, many dogs were going in and out of apartments and building.
