Hardwood floors throughout, charming Bungalow style with archways and cutouts, large tiled kitchen with in unit new washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Cozy Queen bed in primary, fully furnished, with basic amenities; towels, spices/kitchen needs, hangers, etc. Rental includes internet, smart tv, AC (In summer months), single unit detached garage behind the townhome for off street parking from snow. Plenty of pp[en street parking available as well. Walkable to King Soopers, La Fillet, Tessas, Starbucks, Benzina, Marzyks, Snarfs Sandwiches, Antique Mall and more! 5min walk from Mayfair Park, 5min drive to Rose and Jewish. 15min drive to Anschutz.
