This is a spacious, ranch-style home in a safe and centralized neighborhood in Arvada, Co. There are 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs: main quarters with a king bed & bathroom and the other room that has a twin bed and office. The third bedroom is in the basement and has a lot of room, including a workout area. The washer and dryer are also located in the basement.
Guest access
All areas of the home are open to guests aside from a third bedroom upstairs that will be locked. This is a children’s room that is available by request/fee.
