Room was clean, requested service the following day and they were helpful. Extended my stay several days and this locations staff was accommodating. Housekeeping had a rude exchange with my teenager but I believe that was due to an error in that they weren’t aware I had extended. Pool area was gross, poorly ventilated, used bandages and hair swimming in the filters. Continental breakfast was decent and well prepped.

The inside of the hotel is nice and clean. The room was also clean and in good condition. The outside is terrifying. There were people digging around in the rocks right outside the property looking for cigarettes. I would not recommend walking around the direct area. Also, the shuttle was over 20 minutes late, he did not get out of the vehicle to assist with luggage or open the trunk, and was smoking inside the shuttle.

Stayed here on a trip to take my daughter to the Children's hospital. We were there two nights. The room was older and clearly not cleaned well. Which is not a huge deal to me. However, by the time we left I had red itchy bumps on my neck, arms, hand, and a few on my legs. I called the hospital to tell them and they said, "sorry, sometimes those things happen with so many people staying and going". I'm sorry that's an unexceptionable response. Do Better!

The TV in our room did not work. One bed had 3 pillows and the other bed had two. Asked for 2 more pillows and they stated they did not have anymore. Also for some reason the window in our room was fully opened.

Plenty of used and worn furniture with rips and holes. Ice bucket tray had cigarette burns in it. Stepped off the elevator into a pool of water from a steady drip coming from one of the florescent fixtures. Automatic double doors at entrance would work only some of the time leaving people stranded outside constantly. Wild. I was definitely disappointed with my stay and was expecting a much nicer facility.

The walls were very thin and you could hear the guest next to you and above you at all times. Curtains were frayed, we had to use hair clips to pull them close/together. Homeless where in the lobby and just outside the front door. This was very alarming and scary for our 5 year old. We were booked for two nights, the staff did give us a refund for the second night -- which we were grateful for.

This was the worst experience ever that we have had staying at a Comfort Inn. Upon arriving there were several Police Officers present, unfortunately they found a deceased person in a room. I was told to hold on by a Officer and the staff. After already starting the check in process and them having my ID. It was so sad for me to stand there and have to listen to the disheartening step by step story upon finding the body. I had reserved online and already paid or we would have left. I was just retuning from testing at the University near by and was not feeling well and this just made it worse. Upon checking out I was returning the key cards and was told that I was not in the system as checked and was a no show. I again told the clerk I am returning the key cards and we did check in and have slept had breakfast and are ready to leave. At that point he was going to chase someone down the hall that had taken food and was not supposed to be there and told me to just leave. This place really needs to take action with the homeless around the business. Worst experience ever!

Our group chose this hotel because of the promise of 24 hour shuttle service to the Denver airport. We had a early flight and wanted to depart at 2:00 am. Were told that the shuttle would run at the top of the hour, every hour and to be in the lobby by 1:55 am. Communication was made with the front desk and shuttle driver at 11:30 pm the night before to confirm the pickup time and shuttle vehicle size. The shuttle did not arrive until 3:00 am. Additionally, the hotel charged a $100 fee per room for incidentals, which took 2 days to clear my account, and there was a violent movie playing on the TV in the lobby when we arrived. The hotel trash cans were overflowing, and the tiles in our bathrooms were loose. I would not advise staying at this hotel.
