Sunny, attached studio, in large luxury home on top of the hill. Nothing is shared! The studio has 2 separate private entrances, private steam bath and own washer and dryer and well stocked kitchenette with every appliance you will ever need to cook a gourmet meal. Garage parking, and two private decks with breathtaking mountain views and abundant wildlife. There is even your own private forest with hammocks, chairs and porch swings
Fastest Wifi speed available in Evergreen 120 mbps via T-Mobile 5G internet.
Small shopping center within walking distance and only 3 miles from Evergreen lake and downtown shopping. 420 friendly but must smoke outside.

A short 30 minute drive from Red Rocks Amphitheater and 45 min. from downtown Denver, 75 min. from DIA, 25 min. from Casinos in Black Hawk. 1 hr. from most major ski areas, and 30 min. from local Evergreen ski area. One mi. from a great sledding hill. (tubes available for your use) Close-by live theater, hunting,fishing, hiking, climbing, skating ,biking, swimming, paddle boarding, boating, and free use of my kayaks, snow shoes , inner tubes, etc. Garage parking. We booked Kitty's place in Evergreen to attend a concert at Red Rocks in nearby Morrison. Morrison was a quick and easy drive from her place but we ended up spending quite a bit of time in downtown Evergreen. Our stay was amazing; Kitty's property is gorgeous and provided a perfect mix of seclusion without being too far off the beaten path. Kitty was extremely friendly and offered great suggestions for restaurants and scenic drives in the area. We had a fantastic meal at The Bistro immediately down the hill from her home. Her place had all the amenities one would expect and then some. The steam bath is a must try! I have suffered with insomnia for the past few years but I was able to sleep through the night all during my stay! We spent a day in Golden on the way back to the airport for our late day flight home and that was enjoyable as well. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay here and we'll definitely be back!

Great stay!!
Had a wonderful time. Kitty was super helpful on places to explore,eat, ect.. the house was really fantastic has beautiful views. The steam shower was absolutely perfect.

Simply amazing, hostess and property!!
We could not have felt more welcome from the moment we arrived. Flying in during the first snow of the year, we landed to find a message from Kitty advising best route to take to arrive safely which was greatly appreciated. Our studio was warm and cozy, the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed. Had we needed anything all we would have had to do is ask. Kitty had available any outdoor items we might need available for use along with fantastic ideas for points of interest around the area. One of the best of those is the personal oasis she has created right on her property, The Himmelhaus Forest! Simply breathtaking views! After a day of exploring you must take advantage of the incredible steam shower to relax those tired muscles and rehydrate.....awwww. Then enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains and stars from the deck.
Kitty we cannot thank you enough for your wonderful, heartwarming hospitality. We so enjoyed our stay, our conversations and the wonderful snow day cookies. All the best to you and can't wait to visit again!

Relaxing Mountain Getaway
Such a good wonderful stay in Evergreen. Kitty was right next door to help but never intrusive. Having both a back patio and front deck is as helpful for different times of day. It was just an overall amazing time.

Already Looking Forward to Next Visit
The studio was perfect for my wife and me. The steam shower was a nightly ritual we used to before melting into bed and sleeping as soundly as ever after days of hiking the nearby trails. Kitty was incredibly friendly and so helpful in helping us get around the area. I highly recommend staying at her studio apartment!
