Staff at front desk were welcoming, efficient and helpful with a few issues I had. Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was an excellent, much-appreciated bonus.

Shuttle took 1.5 hours (another group had the same experience). Pool was packed with people but not their fault. Room above us was loud but we were only there to sleep in between flights.

There are issues such as an unwanted phone call at 4:45 and the front desk didn't know why. One elevator made strange noises consistently. For the entire hotel there was only one washer and one dryer.

Check in was fast and staff extremely friendly. Location was fine for us as we just needed a room to sleep close to the airport. The only thing that didn't work out was the wake up call at 2:45am. So I'm glad our alarm on our phone worked otherwise we would have missed an early flight.

There was a leak above room 138 that came thru the bath room ceiling light and filled the bathroom floor with water . It was coming from 238 above . Leaked when 238 was showering . We did fine .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My daughter's plane was delayed 4 hours and I worked in the breakfast room until taking the shuttle to meet her and family. The hotel breakfast was way above average, something for everyone. Rooms were very clean and you can walk next store to hotel with restaurant and bar. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
