The staff here were so kind. The room wasn’t ready when we got here, they took 20 minutes and had it cleaned and gave us a great discount. Something that they didn’t have to do but we were so grateful they did. The room was very clean and nice. The jetted tub was the cherry on top since I have chronic back pain it was so nice to go relax here for a few days. The breakfast was alright, there weren’t many choices. We went and got our own breakfast from Walmart so it’s all good. Will come back for our next stay in Denver. Not too far away from some good restaurants.

Room condition is poor. Flooring is peeling up. Pull out bed matters is stained and filthy and the frame won’t lay level. Couch cushion covers are torn nearly off the cushion. Took 8 min to adjust the temp of shower. It was scalding hot if not positioned in the exact correct position and shower head leaked out of the tub unit. Only 2 towels provided for a room reservation for 5 people. Staff seemed overwhelmed as they had run out of blankets and towels. A little attention to a few things would go a long ways.

The staff was nice, however… if want to sleep here bring ear plugs. My bed squeezed with every moment, you can hear the people above you all night, the fan in the bathroom adjacent to the room on either side. Every conversation in the hallway, every door knock, every door open and close, every car starting. The furnishings are old and dinged. Only one out of the three available charging outlets on the lamps worked. There was a hole poorly patched. The pool was decent and the breakfast wasn’t too bad. They do lock up the utensils after breakfast so if you need to eat later make sure to bring your own. There is a nice microwave and mini fridge in the room and the shower had very hot water with good water pressure. But if you’re a light sleeper you likely won’t get rest here

When we got there we started to check in then we realized the hotel was in a VERY UNSAFE area and there were drug attics all around the hotel parking lot and we did NOT feel safe staying there. We told them we were cancelling our stay and left. We had a pay over $350 for another hotel just 11 miles away that is safe and clean and the staff didn’t look like attics. I’d really like to get my $ back and NOT be charged for any trips of stay at the Baymount By Wyndham Golden/Red Rocjs. There was even a sign in the parking lot about how up keep your valuables safe in your car. I’ve NEVER stayed at a hotel that had a sign in its OWN parking lot telling you how unsafe your car and valuables are. We felt very unsafe ourselves.

Property was in what seemed like a sketchy area. Not very clean. Room was run down, unpainted patches on the wall. Missing artwork, dirty carpet, stained toilets and bath. No COLD water from tap, broken coffee maker and no cups. I arranged a late check-out and was berated by the front desk in the morning about it in a very unfriendly way. I do not recommend.

We stayed there for 3 nights, the pool is cold as can be and dirty, the facility is dirty and old, our room was clean, but the ac was really noisy and the people next door were extremely noisy. We ask for our room to be clean and they didn’t do it, the breakfast bar was good except for when they started to clean everything 30 minutes before the breakfast time was over.
