We took a trip to Denton so our friend's daughter could attend orientation at UNT. It was in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable, and very close to UNT. Would highly recommend this stay.

#### Denton Family Trip

Overall the residence and area surrounding was exactly what we expected. The owner was very responsive. During our stay we noticed the HVAC system was not cooling. We notified the owner and she scheduled a technician to repair the unit. You can’t predict these issues but having an owner who is quick to respond and act is so nice. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
