Rummet vi fick hade problem med avloppet så det stank inne på toaletten och duschen var inte så himla trevlig. ##### Erica ### 2/10 Terrible #### Rika 28 Aug 2015 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 安かろう悪かろうの典型です。 wifi、洗濯機・乾燥機があるとのことで2日間予約しましたが、到着してすぐに別ホテルへの移動を決めました。 まず、洗濯機・乾燥機はありません。 また、部屋ではwifiが使えません、ロビーでも運が良ければ途切れながらつながる程度、wifi有りと書くべきではありません。 冷蔵庫がないことは知っていましたが、併設されているコンビニには冷たい飲み物がほぼありません。 ビールがあるか聞いたところ、真顔で常温のビールを手渡されました、絶句です。 レストランで食事をしたときも、常温のビールがでてきました、エアコンもほとんど効いていないレストランでの常温ビール、「冷たくない。」と言うと、これまた真顔で氷を持ってきました。 部屋はほぼ写真通り、デスクはありません。 トイレやシャワールームが丸見え、一応カーテンがありますが、端っこがクルクル巻いてしまうので、スキマが出来ていや～な感じで見えます、心底落ち着きません。 シャワーブースのドアは壊れていて、常時5cmほどのスキマがある状態、もちろん、使用すると水が溢れだします。排水具合も悪いので最悪です。 仕方なく一泊し、翌日にはチェックアウト。 朝起きたら、ダニに刺されていました．．． ホテル周辺にお店などはないので、この状況から逃れるにはチェックアウトするしかありません。 終始不快な気分の滞在でした。 ##### Rika ### 10/10 Excellent #### Jay, melbourne 14 Aug 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Very nice service ,rooms are well maintained,worth Received,good services ,satisfied with the Hospitality and gestures ##### Jay ### 6/10 Okay #### Sachiyo, 神戸市 31 Jul 2015 Liked: Staff & service #### 住宅街に立地し、周囲にはコンビニも売店もない不便な場所。 新しいホテルで、清潔感もまず普通にあり、スタッフもよかったのですが、立地が悪すぎました。ホテル１階に小さいコンビニ風の店がありますが、品ぞろえがとても悪く、夜もそこそこの時間で閉店。住宅地にあり、周囲にはコンビニも売店も食堂も徒歩圏で行ける範囲にはなし。ビーチ近くのサヌールと思い検索してヒットしたホテルだったが、サヌールまではタクシーなど利用しないととても行けない…。夜、ホテルに戻った後はホテルのプールもしくはプールサイドで時間をつぶすか部屋にいるしかない… ##### Sachiyo ### 6/10 Okay #### Roxane, Paris 17 Jul 2015 Liked: Staff & service #### Nice hotel and very cheap Nice quiet hotel. Canada 6 Mar 2015 Disliked: Staff & service #### A hotel in the middle of nowhere The pictures are true and the rooms modern. the price via Expedia is ok. We where ending our month and a half in Indonisia and figured we where going to stay close to the airport and go to the beach. The rooms are exactly like the pictures . But there is a smell of urine in the bathroom. The walls are very thin and you hear every thing that is going on in the hotel. There where more than forty school kids partying all night long. ( in the pool and every where). Of course the price of the rooms make it possible. The security guy was yonguer or as young as the teeagers. So no authoraty there was possible.The staff smiles a lot but are unprofessionnal. They are also to young. Curiously, the play and laugh toguether like young children. The hotel had pratically nothing avalable on the menue except for The indonesian part of it. They where all out of every thing. It was very basic. You have to check your bill because they over charged us twice. The only staff really working was the cleaning crew. The hotel offers you a shuttle to the beach but they do not pick you up at any given time. They only have four beach towels for the pool. You may not have one for yourself (???) We paid for 3 nights but stayed only 2 (not refundable) the management understood the " inconveniance" of the kids partying but did not whant to refund the night we where not staying there. We went elswhere and where very pleased to finish our trip at the Puri Maharani hotel. Nice from the outside but very cheap on the inside. The corridors are loud and echoey. The bathrooms are tiny, with cold water and made of plastic. TV and beds are nice. But the food, location and overall cleanliness of the hotel were a manor turn off. We could only stand one night. We met other people who checked out early for the same reasons. We asked for non smoking and were put in a smoking room, quite unpleasant and the smell remained for our entire stay. The room was not very soundproof so we could hear other guests at the swimming pool and outside our room. Buffet breakfast was a choice of rice, meat dish and green vege dish,which was a bit disappointing. On our last day we were given breakfast from a menu which was really nice. The hotel is very clean and modern but still needs to add a few extras. The bar only stocked beer(Bintang) and soft drinks, only 1 pillow each on the bed and no soap dish near the sink. The shower was not very hot in the morning but fine if used in the evening. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to either Sanur beach(10 minutes) or Galleria shopping centre (15-20 minutes). I stayed for 3 days. 1st day no hot water, but they resolved it. but again 3rd day no hot water and until we checkout couldn't resolved it. Kind of disappointed about that.
