Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass das Hotel absolut nicht nett ist. Gebucht hatten wir ein Superior Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Bekommen haben wir ein Standart Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ausgestattet war das Zimmer mit einer nicht funktionsfähigen Klimaanlage (Ideal bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur) und einer Schiebetür nach draußen, bei der immer ein Spalt offen stand und somit bereits diverse Insekten und Krabbeltiere im Zimmer waren. Auch der laute Straßenlärm kam wunderbar durch die offene Tür herein. Außerdem ist direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle und das Zimmer roch unerträglich. Das Hotelpersonal war leider absolut unkooperativ und nicht daran interessiert uns zu helfen bzw. etwas an der Situation zu verändern. The area is really not that good for activities and it's not really close to the beach, so thats the only downside. In this hotel you get the feeling to be in an island even when this part of Bali doesnt look to much like an island.
