10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay but we were only there for a couple of days, and went rafting so did t really use the facilities. The pool is being renovated too so not really usable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, beautiful beachfront seating area and close to ICON shopping centre and lots of choices for eating and drinking close by. Thanks Anita"

"The hotel is big and is a bit dated. The family room was huge, plenty for 4. The location is far north end of Sanur beach - which is good for the port to islands, but otherwise a long way from main restaurant, bar & shopping areas. The air conditioning in the rooms smelt, and needs servicing. Breakfast buffet was good."

"The room was always clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and always smiling and helpful. The breakfast has very good options, is always fresh and has something for everyone. The balcony was nice but I would have like a little bit better balcony furniture, nothing to complain about though, other rooms had nicer options available, we were trying to upgrade but the resort was booked out."

"Had a great stay, especially with the free upgraded rooms which was a lovely bonus. Pools were excellent and able to get a lounge chair ok. It was hard at times to get service around the pool, but the food was great. Good restaurants outside of the resort along the beach. Cheaper bike hire along the beach too compared to the resort."
