One bath with stand up shower only and three bedrooms. Outside has an enclosed shower, patio and a swing, gas grill, fire pit, picnic table and lawn furniture.

    Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!
