Pros and Cons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice location and the house is a good size situated in a quiet neighborhood which is close to everything. We had an issue as the house itself was dirty when we arrived with cobwebs in every room. The oncall cleaning crew came out immediately and cleaned and like us were surprised how dirty it was. Yhe crew was great by the way!! The dishes and silverware had to be washed prior to using as items were found sticky and dirty. I believe we left it cleaner than when we arrived. The bedroom with the full size bed is a walk through and the bed was squeaky so you could not sleep on it. We had selected the home because there were two larger beds. It was nice having a washer and dryer but the basement was so musty, it triggered my allergies. We did love the sunroof and enjoyed the evening Netflix. Living room is very homey and comfortable. We suggest updating the explanation of the residence as well as pictures. In addition, someone checking the residence in between rentals would be in order.

Retreat

It was close to beaches and very nice. It seemed more of a neighborhood than for summer rentals. It was very quiet and well kept. Privacy could be an issue. It is in full view of all the neighbors. Overall we had an great time and it met my needs.
