  • Looking for a beach house that takes 2 minutes to walk to the ocean? This newly renovated home is perfect for you. Less than 500 ft to Sea Street Beach on Nantucket sound. Leave the car in the driveway. This adorable 3 bedroom beach cottage is located on a quiet dead end street. Nautical décor and local photographs carry the beach theme throughout. The eat-in kitchen has white cabinets and an exterior door to the back patio. Window air conditioners in two bedrooms and the living room (the bedroom that does not have an ac offers large screens for optimal airflow). Bathroom offers a stand up shower (no tub). Step outside and you’ll enjoy a large front deck with patio table/chairs/umbrella, and gas grill for outside dining. For those who want to stay connected, WIFI is available for your enjoyment.

Quintessential Cape Cod beach vaca cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great - just as described on the website. There is a nice big lawn and front porch to hang out on. The cottage itself had plenty of space for our family. The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need, and the pots and pans were good quality (not always the case in a rental). The bathroom is tight (and the shower is truly tiny), but we used the outdoor shower often. And the beach is literally a 2 minute walk up the hill! We already requested our week for next year!
