I had a few complaints / concerns but management - Aylin reached out to me directly and invited for a coffee chat. She patiently listened to me and offered alternatives. Guys in the reception were awesome, whenever I needed information (bus, taxi, sightseeing) they were always there to help!

The room I had stayed was excellent. We all had the amenities in the room( hair conditioner, shampoo and shower gel). And all of them had got the famous brands. The pools both outside and inside got heated. This was quiet good because of coldness and rainy days. The hairdresser was quiet good either.
Food was excellent. However especially meatballs and chicken taste were not good. It was looking like raw/undercooked. The personnel were quiet good.
Worth of staying in here. Especially the room number 1105. Thank you all.

Amazing pool area sold this hotel to us. A great place to escape to after busy days visiting Cesme beaches and the shops of Alacati. Rooms are comfy, if functional, but beautiful gardens, lots of sitting / chilling space, and the aforementioned pool, made it an amazing stay for us.
One look out is that it is some distance from Cesme, so you’ll need a car or taxi if you want to get around. The nearby beach has also been heavily privatised, which makes it hard to roll out your towel by the sea!

"It is an older place they are doing up and it looks good, but our room was good but didn’t shine, old shower glass screens , just manageable , toilet seat not on properly, toilet seal leaking,no refrigerator, no rubbish bin, no cups glasses, tea or coffee in room, not smart tv, smell from bathroom, ..."
