Denison Family event
This property is one of the best we have ever enjoyed and we hope to one day stay here again if family events permit. The styling, cleanliness, location and space were highly accommodating to our family's gathering. The updated styling and furniture shows attention to detail by the owners and above the normal requirements. They have thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable: pool, hot tub, firepit, game room, basketball net, plenty of space for outdoor fun and beautiful grounds. It is not too close to neighbors, nor street, for enjoying secluded, yet accessible activities. We truly loved this stay!! You cannot go wrong if you select this property for a stay anywhere in this area.

Betty: Thank you. Your home was large and the price was right for our stay! A few things you might want to improve on: Bathroom light out Pool pump is working but the pool never got clean? Lots of bugs in house. We found the vacuum but it didn't work well For 8-10 people - 4 day stay - we had 1 extra roll of toilet paper in bathrooms and no extra paper towels. Is that normal? The back yard is dropping lots of tree stuff! We found a short broom.... maybe having a larger broom would have been helpful! We are so grateful for our stay Betty. Thank you.

Thanksgiving Gathering
This was the perfect vacation property that had everything you would ever need. It was a great experience that allowed us all to get together for the Thanksgiving to host. The property offered several outdoor activities along with a beautiful home to just relax and enjoy one another company. I would highly recommend this place to visit. We all look forward to heading back.

Absolute Bliss
This place is amazing. Our group definitely want to come back! There were nine of us this time and next time we’re thinking about growing our group. Awesome kitchen; pool and hot tub were amazing; and I think the actual best part is that it’s easy to get to and not in the middle of nowhere but when you’re on the property it FEELS like you’re in a remote area. So peaceful!! We absolutely hope to return!

Wonderful property with a pool!
There were 6 of us ladies that stayed for a cousin's 40th birthday celebration. We picked this place b/c it was close enough to drive to Choctaw and back one night for the birthday girl. This property sits on 7 acres and it's gorgeous inside and out. We really loved hanging poolside which was a very nice touch to this Texas heat. There was a small issue with the pool but Betty was quick to respond and got it fixed fast for us!

Fabulous Property
Very impressed with this property! It was THE PERFECT place for our group of 10. Large property with a lot of privacy. Didn't use the hot tub but loved the pool. House was clean, beds super comfortable and plenty of room to play cards/games. Best VRBO choice we have ever made. Hoping it's available when we decide our dates for next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect for a Family Reunion
We needed a place between the Ozarks and the Texas Gulf Coast for a family reunion. This property was perfect. The home is roomy and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of room to stretch out. The upstairs room was perfect for the kids. They did not want to leave it, unless it was to get in the pool(which was great). There was everything we needed for grilling out and making family breakfast. The host was helpful and very prompt when we needed something. You will love this property! We will have our reunions here next time.
