This is a lovely modern motel. Very clean rooms, nice surrounds, & great staff. We will definitely stay here again.

We went to Deni for the long weekend in June for a bowls tournament. The motel was very close to all of the bowling greens, some being at the back of the motel & some straight across the road. The rooms were very spacious & very clean. Great amenities & staff were very nice & friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if fact i've already booked for Christmas night.

The lady at reception was delightful. We needed to do laundry and she had brand new machines FREE. They deliver breakfast to your door which is rare these days. Cannot recommend them highly enough. 12/10

Excellent accommodation in Deniliquin.
Excellent, clean, quiet and spacious room. King bed was very comfortable. Very close to centre of town and all shops and services. Check in and check out were easy and the lady on duty was very ftiendly and welcoming. Would stay here again and would highly recommend.

loveley and clean. outside we were on the bowling green and a walk to bowling club 2 minutes with great Thai and Chinese food. Breakfast to the room and had a perfect stay with shopping a walk away.

The propwrty was clean and owner was friendly. However the property is outdated. The floor in the room we stayed was either rotted or termite damaged as it made extremely loud creaking noises when walking to the bathroom. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows cheap and not very comfortable. The property definately isnt worth what we paid. A fresh coat of paint and new bathroom could to wonders. But we wont be staying here again.

The motel was presented clean and staff were very helpful. Just think check out should be extended to at least 10.30 on a Sunday

I liked the it was a large room. I didn't like that the back outside lights were on at night and that it made the room very light. I did think that the room was a little overpriced.

Was a king bed which was two singles pushed together and this was uneven. Noisy neighbours...with kids thumping and carrying on. Dated facilities... not worth the cost for the night. Owners were certainly pleasant enough though
