  • Spacious two-story bungalow FOR 5 PEOPLE, 300 M FROM THE BEACH, with two terraces—one overlooking the common area (garden and pool). Upstairs, there is a recently renovated full bathroom, a spacious master bedroom, a twin bedroom with two beds, and another single bedroom with one bed. All bedrooms feature built-in closets and ceiling fans. On the lower level, there is a recently renovated kitchen and a half-bath with a shower, as well as a large dining room opening onto the terrace. Cleaning is not included in the price; please enquire. Air conditioning is available only in the master bedroom and is charged separately. Very close to a quiet sandy beach. Just 150 m from the supermarket.
    Bus stop with access to Denia is just a few metres away.
