This house is perfect for any time of year, especially in the summer. It’s located right on Debeses Beach, north of Denia, Alicante, right on the border with southern Oliva, Valencia. It’s the ideal place to relax on a beach that’s rarely crowded year-round and unwind to the sound of the waves, take long walks along the sandy beach, and enjoy incredible unobstructed ocean views from the spacious terrace, which is accessible from two bedrooms.
This beach is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foiling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkelling; plus, there’s a volleyball net right in front of our house.
In addition, there’s a large communal pool for adults and another for children that’s open year-round.
It’s very well located—it’s an hour’s drive from the Valencia airport, the Lidl supermarket is a 15-minute walk away, and the town of El Verger is a 40-minute walk away. The Ondara shopping centre is 11 minutes away, Oliva is 15 minutes away, and the port of Denia is a 20-minute drive away. There will always be a couple of bicycles at the house so you can enjoy rides in this completely flat area.
This townhouse has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house has an access ramp, and one bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, making it accessible for people with limited mobility. There are no steps to enter the house or to reach the beach. The ground-floor bedroom has two 90x190 beds.
On the ground floor, there are also two porches, each with its own small garden so you can always enjoy the sun; one of which opens onto a small lawned garden with direct access to the community pool and the beach, and another more patio-like area where the barbecue and outdoor shower are located—this is also the main entrance to the house.
The upper floor has three bedrooms, two of which overlook the sea via a wonderful terrace; the master bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, and the other bedroom with a sea view has two 90x190 cm beds; the third bedroom has a sloped ceiling and is a fun space for the children to sleep in; all four beds measure 80x190 cm. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub serving the bedrooms.
Fully equipped, with air conditioning in every room—cool air for summer and warm air for winter— plus fans in all bedrooms, the living room, dining room, and porches; a brand-new fireplace with a fan to circulate the hot air and provide quick heating; hot-air heating in all rooms, including the bathrooms; and we also have portable oil-filled radiators if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: dishwasher, washer-dryer, large refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, toaster, kettle, blender, standard capsule coffee maker, beautiful tableware and a complete set of high-quality cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, a WMF stainless steel cookware set, and some excellent frying pans—you’ll feel right at home.
The furnishings are also generous; there are different seating areas on each of the porches, the terrace with ocean views, and the living room, as well as various tables and chairs for dining inside the house, on the porches, and on the terrace.
In the summer, having your own covered parking space is very convenient.
