The renowned, buzzing streets of Denia, with a myriad of shops and eateries, and a vibrant port, are just 15 minutes’ drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.   
  
Villa Noguera Mediterraneo is just a short 2 minute walk from the beach and offers the convenience of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. A 15 minute drive will take you to the resort of Denia which located close to the mountains, providing ample opportunities for hiking and biking. To find activities at the beach, a short 5 minute drive will take you to Platja de les Bovetes Beach where you can find great outdoor sports activities. Les Deveses Beach, known for its wide expanse of golden sand, is just a 10 minute drive away. For a vibrant atmosphere, head to Denia and its famous port, which can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. Here, you'll find an array of eateries, nightlife options, and cultural attractions.
