It has a lovely garden, with grass, palm trees, cypresses, yuccas, etc. The house is located at the end of the El Palmar residential area, in a small closed complex consisting of four individual housing units. The house has two floors and is distributed as follows: On the lower floor there is an open kitchen with an American bar, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, water boiler, filter coffee maker, large fridge with freezer and washing machine. The living-dining room with satellite TV has air conditioning and has a direct exit to the covered terrace, garden and pool. On the ground floor we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite the room a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and a bedroom with a double bed and a small terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The house has a private parking space within the plot for one car. Distance to sandy beach 600m, bars and restaurants 350m, supermarkets 700m and to the centre of Denia 4.5 km. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels.
