The entrance leads to a master bedroom, a guest bedroom with an desk and pull-out guest bed 2x 0,90x 2,00 m, and a modern bathroom. A staircase leads to the living-dining area with an open kitchen. The southwest terrace offers shade, a barbecue, and mountain views. The garden is Mediterranean. A carport with a socket for hybrid cars completes the offer. The Space: Quality furnishings: insulated windows with mosquito screens and shutters, marble floors in the living and sleeping areas, new bathroom with large, barrier-free shower, gas fireplace, infrared heating in the bathroom, air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and both bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, beautiful garden, outdoor awning, carport, utility room, satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI internet is included for you in the offer (25 MB download/10 MB Updoal speed), and much more. Dans l’ensemble c’est assez calme , tout dépend des voisins . Un seul souci toutefois, la literie de la seconde chambre . Le matelas est très dur . Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist mit nützlichen Alltagsgegenständen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig aber dennoch nicht weit entfernt von Stränden und der Stadt. Traumhaft ist einfach der sehr gepflegte Garten mit Pool und der Aussicht auf den Berg Montgo. Insgesamt haben wir als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus und die Agentur absolut weiterempfehlen. ##### Patrick R. Diese ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Neben der Waschmaschine gibt es auch einen Trockner, was bei einer Anmietung im Winter sehr nützlich ist, da der Montgo zu dieser Zeit leider nicht viel Sonne zulässt. Sonst ist die Lage sehr günstig, da man alle Annehmlichkeiten (Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Hafen etc.) in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Für die Winteranmietung würden wir die Villa nur für 2 Personen empfehlen, da es im Wohnzimmer nur 3 gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten gibt. Aber da war es längst nicht so schön, wie in dieser Villa. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst: das Haus mit dem offenen Koch- Wohnbereich (mit jeglicher Austattung, die man zum Kochen benötigt), der Pool, die Umgebung (Denia lädt dazu ein, abends durch die Gässchen zu schlendern), das Essen und der Service. Das Haus liegt auf dem Hausberg von Denia, zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt könnte man sogar zu Fuß gehen. In die Stadt und an den Strand ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super: Der nächste Supermarkt ist innerhalb 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Es ist sehr ruhig und auch im Winter hat man hier die schöne Mittagssonne! Die Anlage ist sehr gefplegt und äußerst einladend gestaltet. Das Haus an sich befindet sich ebenfalls in einem sehr guten Zustand. Obwohl der Dezember doch auch Mal kalte Tage in Spanien hat, habe ich hier nicht frieren müssen; ob Zentralheizung oder Klimaanlage, hier ist alles vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei! Man hat hier einen komplett eigenständigen Haushalt: voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine!!!), Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller, Fernsehn und sogar Internet-Anschluss! Ich konnte mich mit jeder Frage oder Bitte an Frau Schaich wenden, die immer freundlich und äußerst Kundenorientiert handelt :-) ich fühlte mich bei ihr als Vermieterin sehr gut aufgehoben!
