It has a wide livingroom and a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island and it offers all the needed devices to prepare delicious meals. On the first floor, at the top of the magnificent stairway, you can find a king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom including a comfortable bathtub, and a little terrace with an astonishing view to the garden and the green landscape of the surroundings. On the groundfloor you can find four bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is the spacious master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. There are two spacious bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with a shower. And you can find on this floor the kitchen and the living room as well.There is also a big storage room with four cupboards close to the kitchen and a multifunctional wine cellar at the basement with a very simple kept gym to stay in shape during your stay. In the private garden you can find and outdoor full equipied kitchen close to the terrece area with pergola wich is next to the pool. This kitchen has a wood burning oven, barbecue, cooking area and a device to cook Paellas. And next to this kitchen you can find a little bathroom with a shower to either cool down after your tennis match in you private tennis court located in the garden area of the villa or to get rid of the salty seawater after taking a bath in the sea located at only 150 metres from the villa, at the end of the street. The private swimming-pool has a little slide and hammocs. And the garden offers several differenciated areas to practice sports, yoga or any other kind of open air activity. And then in the basement there is a garage in which you can park up to four cars, or, if you love cycling, store the whole equipment as well as the bikes. And there is enough space on the entrance area to park four more cars and even a camper in case you arrive with one. In case you are planning to come in winter for a few weeks or for a longer period the house ifs fully equipped to feel cozy during the colder months as it offers underfloor heating and heating splits. And the sea is only 150 metres away from the villa, at the end of the street. House was great and functional for all! Huge property with beautiful landscaping and secure gate (to keep bad guys out and the toddler in!) Giant pool with slide and waterfall was an absolute highlight. Super responsive and helpful property managers and owner, Rock beach in easy walking distance and sandy beach in short driving distance. I cannot speak highly enough of El Olivo. What an amazing villa which had everything including a tennis court, gym and games room plus the most fantastic swimming pool. The property was huge and very well equipped and decorated. A huge basket of fruit was there to welcome us. The pool had a slide and a waterfall and was enjoyed by all the family. We were a group of grandmother, son and daughter and their partners plus four grandchildren aged from 12 to 18\. The villa and grounds were beautiful and incredibly well kept. Pedro kept the pool and garden in excellent condition and Tamara (and her husband Carlos) made sure we had everything we needed in the house and was able to give us lots of help and information on where to go, what to see and parking tips. Her help and friendliness was fantastic. The walk to the sea was 3 minutes and once there, had a restaurant and many places along the front to swim. There were even life guards. The area Les Rotes is incredibly beautiful. We walked to the Marina one day which took about 35 minutes and we eat at one of the many restaurants along side the lines of yachts. A must is to eat there as the sun goes down with Denia castle lit up. The castle is well worth a visit. Some of our group went by bus to Valencia from Denia bus station, all easy to book online. La Sella golf course was a big hit with the golfers in the family and the restaurant there was excellent.
