The location: Denia is a welcoming town in Spain located at the foot of the Montgo Natural Park, on the Costa Blanca, between the cities of Valencia to the north at 110 km and Alicante to the south at 95 km, both served by an airport international. The three words that characterize the city could be: sea, mountain and castle. Denia is one of the main resorts on the Costa Blanca and offers numerous tourist and cultural attractions, offering its visitors numerous possibilities for visits, leisure activities, outings, attractions and activities of all kinds. In the past, the city of Denia has been marked by multiple influences which have left their mark on the city and this adds to its cultural richness. Superb all-stone villa built high up, offering 2 floors with a separate entrance. The exterior consists of a terrace with private swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view of the surrounding plains, the town of Denia and the sea in the distance. The interior is very tasteful, with light and refined colors, leaving the stones exposed.
