Air-conditioned and comfortable villa for a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms as well as a large private swimming pool. It is in a quiet position with beautiful views of the Montgo Natural Park and the sea in the distance. The location: Denia is a welcoming town in Spain located at the foot of the Montgo Natural Park, on the Costa Blanca, between the cities of Valencia to the north at 110 km and Alicante to the south at 95 km, both served by an airport international. The three words that characterize the city could be: sea, mountain and castle.  
  
Villa with simple and functional comfort, on one floor which can accommodate 4 people. It has a Spanish interior and decoration with air conditioning in the rooms. It benefits from a small covered terrace located high up and an uncovered terrace with a pleasant private swimming pool.  
  
Areas and comfort: Living space of approximately 180 m². Total plot of approximately 600 m². Air conditioning: in both bedrooms. Washing machine.  
  
Inside (upstairs): Living / dining room (with TV and French doors opening onto the terrace / balcony). Open and equipped kitchen (with hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed and adjoining bathroom with WC). 1 shower room (with WC).  
  
Outside: Private swimming pool 10 x 5 m (maximum depth 2 m) with interior steps. Covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Garage available and 1 parking space.
