It is a perfect space for preparing delicious family meals.A spacious terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors, with views that will transport you. The location is unbeatable: right on the beach of Las Marinas, a few steps from restaurants and cafés, and with easy access to supermarkets and services.The environment offers multiple leisure options: nearby you will find the Montgó Natural Park, golf courses, sandy and rocky beaches, and just 3km from the centre of Denia.
