The Jazmines Penthouse is a beautiful apartment 5 minutes from Denia beach, perfect for enjoying a few days of relaxation in the sun and near the sea with the family. Located in a commercial area, it is 3 km from the center of Denia. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated, it is perfect for a holiday near the sea. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and one with two single beds. It has air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, and a ceiling fan and a penguin in the second bedroom. It has a large private parking space in a garage for the car. The living area is 90 m2 and the terrace is 90 m2.
