The garden has palm trees and a variety of native plants. From the 8mx4m swimming pool, we can enjoy its wonderful views. The covered terrace has a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower. Once inside the house, we find a modern kitchen with an American bar that is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and two-door fridge. The living room has Sat-tv and air conditioning with access to the terrace. The rooms consist of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with a shower that also has a mosquito net and another bathroom with WC and washbasin. The washing machine is in the basement, which we access via a metal staircase. Covered private parking. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants 1.8 km away. The beach is 8 km and Denia 12 km. A car is needed. The owner appreciates that smoking is not allowed inside the property. No animals are allowed. Internet available Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. Die wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Höhenzüge kann man wirklich geniessen. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen gross genug, mehr brauchen wir nicht für unsere Ferien. Die Sommerküche ist nicht mehr in bestem Zustand, d.h. sie sollte wirklich mal in Stand gestellt werden (defekte Platten und viel Russablagerungen etc.).
