Check in straightforward regarding collecting the keys , with easy communication in English via whatsapp & Email. We were allowed to stay on in the apartment on our departure day as we had an evening flight, this made such a difference as we were a family of 5\. My only room for improvement is I would have liked a larger cover on double bed , a small throw with the sheet didn’t work for 2 people, we stayed in April and nights were still cold, I don’t imagine it would be a problem for later in the season.
