The completely enclosed private property with a lovingly designed palm garden is a paradise for your vacation. The very well-kept holiday home is divided into a living-dining room with satellite TV and exit to the terrace and the pool. a cozy fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning systems, which can also be warmed up for the cooler season. The fitted kitchen with a small breakfast bar is equipped with a stove with an oven, a small dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The dining area has a stone table with four chairs and an electric fireplace. The two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is ready for you with a shower, vanity, toilet and bidet. The private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase with handrail for easy entry. The sun terrace, covered with natural stone, surrounds the pool. There are comfortable sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and two parasols for your relaxation. A spacious car parking space is also available on the property. Restaurants and bars as well as the city center are about 5 minutes away by car. The kilometer-long sandy beach of the Costa Blanca is also about 5-7 minutes away by car. Die Sauberkeit sowie die Lage waren einfach perfekt. Die Einrichtung, speziell in der Küche, war einfach unglaublich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, ob Pfannen, Kaffeemaschinen oder div. Elektrogeräte, ALLES vorhanden. Der Aussenbereich, inkl. der div. Palmen und Dekorgegenstände ist top gepflegt. Man merkt vom ersten Moment an, dass sehr viel Liebe und Arbeit in dieser Anlage steckt. Arsen, die gute Perle/Houskeeper, war eine Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub und stets sehr freundlich und diskret.
