It is fortunate that the sun pampers the property throughout the year. With 150 m2, the villa has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another independent bathroom with a shower, both recently renovated. The independent kitchen has direct access to the back garden, a living room, a dining room with views of the garden and also a work area with a large desk. The villa has capacity for up to 6 people. But you will also feel very comfortable here as a couple. A special feature is the large private swimming pool 9 metres long and 4 metres wide and the beautiful pool terrace where the figure of Buddha presides. Modern sun loungers, armchairs and side tables invite you to sunbathe, lounge and feel good. At night, you can contemplate the beautiful starry sky from the garden. The pool and garden are illuminated. The entire property is fenced and guarantees total privacy. Vegetative hedges protect from external views. The villa has an elevated terrace surrounded by plants and overlooking the swimming pool. It is equipped with a table and six chairs. An awning provides shade. Another terrace is picturesquely situated next to the lemon tree. Here one can enjoy a beautiful view of the Montgó at sunset. The third terrace is covered and forms the barbecue area with a new outdoor gas grill and a modern table and chairs. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The area is also suitable for doing yoga and Pilates exercises in the morning or at sunset. That was not mentioned in the description! the swimmingpool is quite big, that is a plus. gardenfurniture is sober, no loungebbq area. in the backyard you find a kind of midget golfputting green, but no putterballs. The bathrooms and kitchen are adequate. a small but adequate make-over would make this house more comfortable and worth the money! airco in all the bedrooms. we have put the matras in the livingroom now! the sunscreen was torn and very old, the bbq / dining area was small and not cosy. 1 small shower for 6 is not enough. evidently a house bought in the seventies and not d. however we had a great holiday. the service of carlosferien was good. the repairman came quick. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die erholsame Ruhe, die traumhaft schöne Bepflanzung des Gartens auch rund um den Pool , die hohe nicht sichtdurchlässige Hecke und die Sauberkeit und Aufgeräumtheit all Dessen. Bei der Wärme sowohl im Wohnzimmer, als auch in den Schlafzimmern jeweils eine Klimaanlage benutzen zu können, ist äusserst angenehm. Mal in dem Haus, durch den Eigentümerwechsel wurden etliche Verbesserungen vorgenommen. Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage und einem schönen Garten. Herzliche Betreuung durch das Carlos-Team, nochmals vielen Dank !!! Werden sicherlich wiederkommen, sehr empfehlenswertes Anwesen.
