Points négatifs: ils sont nombreux et rédhibitoires pour une location à ce prix: Premièrement l'eau dans la maison n'est pas potable, eau du puit ( odeur d'égout), on était obligé d'acheter des bidons d'eau en permanence Deuxièmement, il y a problème électrique avec le lave vaisselle et le réfrigérateur, on se prenait des décharges électriques, limite pour un bien mis en location Troisièmement, notre linge blanc sortait rouillé de la machine. Tous ces problèmes ont été signalé mais les réponses étaient vagues. Le propriétaire a une bonne communication mais cela n'efface pas tous les problèmes.
