For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney-shaped (20 x 15 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 80 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry 800 m, sandy beach "Les Marines" 200 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
