The apartment has capacity for 5 people and features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. It also has two full bathrooms with shower, a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen.   
  
Highlights its spacious private terrace, with a cozy chill-out area with armchairs, perfect for relaxing, reading, having a drink, or enjoying the sunset.   
  
The kitchen, American-style with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, water kettle, and all the necessary utensils for cooking comfortably.
