This apartment welcomes us with a cozy feeling at the entrance of it thanks to its luminosity and its minimalist details.
It is made up of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two 90 single beds. It also has a separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
At the end of the corridor we find the dining room, with access to a large terrace with a totally private garden area.
Fully furnished and equipped house. Urbanization with direct access to the beach, swimming pool and garden areas.
The apartment is on a comfortable ground floor. At Km 5 of Las Marinas. A few meters from Consum, pharmacies, bus stop, bars and restaurants.

Alojamiento ideal para familia con niños, lo mejor la ubicación y el estar al pie de playa, es de arena fina. Tienes supermercado cercano a 10 minutos andando y tambien comercio bazar y bares para encargar paellas pizzas o pollos.
