  • Charming, newly renovated fishermen’s cottage in the historic “Baix la Mar” area, across from the Port of Denia. A house full of character, historic and with a unique style, designed for 2 people, featuring a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Located right on the waterfront with spectacular views of the harbour and the castle, it is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and entertainment areas such as the “Mercat dels Magazinos.” It is characterised by its separate access staircase, which historically provided protection from the sea. In 2021, the film “The Substitute” was filmed at this property.
