It is located on the Almadrava beach, in Els Poblets, about 7 km from the city of Denia. The urbanisation where it is located is fully equipped, has a gym, children's playground, a large lawn area, adult and children's swimming pool and direct access to the sea. The beach in front of the apartment is of pebbles, but just 200 metres away is the sandy beach. Upon entering the accommodation, we find the kitchen on the right-hand side, it is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Next to it we can see a bathroom with shower. The spacious living/dining room offers spectacular sea views, it has TV, wifi and air conditioning as well as heat pump heating throughout the accommodation. From here we can access the furnished terrace from which you can eat and dine with unbeatable views. The main bedroom with a 1.35cm bed is en suite and also has these enviable views. The bathroom inside the master bedroom is with bathtub. The secondary bedroom has two 90cm beds and a built-in wardrobe. 400m away there are supermarkets and the distance to Denia is 10km and 1.6km to Els Poblets. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels.
