### Apartment near the sea in Denia with air conditioning

This precious apartment has 57 m², has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people. It is located in the Las Marinas area, so the beach is very close.   
  
It is on the first floor without a lift and has a lovely terrace where you can eat and enjoy the sunny summer days.   
  
The urbanisation has a large grassy area with trees that provide pleasant shade on the hottest days. There is also a large communal swimming pool and a children's pool, which is perfect for enjoying holidays with children.   
  
Upon entering, we find an open-concept space with the living room/dining room/kitchen and access to the terrace. The accommodation has TV, wifi, air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and one bedroom and outdoor parking.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and includes: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.   
  
Next to the living room is the bathroom, completely renovated and with a shower.   
  
The first bedroom has two 90cm beds, the second with air conditioning has a double bed.   
  
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
