### Apartment Denia Valencia Spain

Apartment located in Denia (Alicante) in a very central area of the town, it is an urbanization that has four freshwater pools, very quiet, making it ideal for staying with children. Very close to the beach and with private parking. It has a capacity for a maximum of 6 people.   
  
The apartment is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the other two single beds, has a spacious living room with double sofa bed plus a comfortable and nice terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything necessary for the stay, it even has a washing machine and dishwasher. A complete bathroom with bathtub completes the distribution. The apartment has a lot of light and is equipped with every detail. It has air conditioning in the dining room.  
  
The urbanization Marina Puente Romano is completely closed to traffic, the parking spaces are located in semi-basement.  
  
 Denia is one of the most renowned tourist destinations in the province of Alicante with numerous attractions, an ancient Moorish castle overlooking idyllic beaches, archaeological museums and authentic restaurants.  
  
The apartment has an excellent location, the beach of Les Marines is about 300 meters away. The center of Denia is one kilometer away, which is a pleasant walk. There is a great variety of bars and restaurants that give atmosphere all year round, which will allow you to enjoy the gastronomy of the city. It also has several green areas and parks within the city center.
