It is located in a privileged place next to the beach, offering panoramic views of the sea that will amaze you. This apartment is located in the urbanization known as Talima, a true wonder.  
  
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, it has two bathrooms, both with a shower. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. The terrace is very spacious and has an awning that will allow you to enjoy a quiet after-dinner conversation or enjoy a delicious breakfast with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Without a doubt, you will live a unique experience!  
  
The house is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as a dishwasher and washing machine, and has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, among other amenities. You will not lack anything. In addition, it includes a parking space so you do not have to worry about your car. The apartment is located on the first floor and does not have a lift. The complex has a swimming pool available all year round, as well as a beautiful, well-kept garden to relax in.
