Very well located, in a well-kept urbanization with swimming pool for adults and children and jacuzzi. All exterior, modern, very equipped. With ducted air conditioning, mosquito nets, dishwasher... Underground garage. Direct access to the fine sand beach. Very quiet and family area. Very nice beach and ideal to go with children. All services nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ice cream parlors, fairgrounds for children. Regular bus line to go to Dénia. We will wait for you!
