Within 15 to 20 minutes' walk, you can stroll along the harbour promenade or explore the Baix La Mar neighbourhood, with its colourful houses, charming little squares, tapas bars and restaurants where you'll want to linger.
In less than 30 minutes on foot, you'll reach Denia's historic centre — its castle, its bustling market and its streets perfect for shopping.

The house
This traditional Palma-style house has been fully renovated to offer a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort — a relaxed luxury feel, with natural materials and finishes that create a serene atmosphere. The perfect place to recharge.
Your comfort and the aesthetics of the space are my priority. The 3 bedrooms, the living room and the open-plan kitchen are all furnished and decorated with great care.

Outdoor spaces
The property is fully walled, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas in complete privacy.
At the front, the patio is a lovely spot to catch the morning sun or relax in the shade of the lemon tree. At the back, the garden is pure bliss — afternoon sunbathing, a barbecue meal cooked in the outdoor kitchen, drinks shared under the coconut fibre pergola…

Practical information
Free parking, always available, can be found 25 metres away, at the entrance of the small lane leading to the house.
The house is located within a small, secure and peaceful residential complex. We kindly ask that you respect this tranquillity.

Activities
Casa El Limonero is designed for a peaceful retreat, where guests come to rest and recharge. Sports and activity lovers will also be spoilt for choice, with an impressive range of options just a short distance away.
The polideportivo (semi-Olympic pool, fitness centre and spa), several padel clubs including the fantastic PadelPoint Denia, beach yoga classes, windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, golf... and beautiful hiking trails through the surrounding countryside. It is also a highly popular region for great cycling routes.
