The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.

The rooms were very clean and well kept!
The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They were also very helpful!!
Breakfast was great - the view from the rooftop was breathtaking! The location was also great, close to everything!
No complaints! I’d stay here again

Rooms are very small and there’s no view from the window. Even the rooms for 3 people are small too. The location is really close the main interesting area but it’s very hard to order taxi via the app due to the up height and closed roads. The breakfast menu is very good and spa service is good too. Reception facilities are very small but the staff are very good.
