It was very clean and comfortable. The perfect spot if you want to be on the river and sleep with the sound of the water flowing over the rocks. It was peaceful and relaxing. It is very private and right next to the river. My wife and I stayed there with three of our grown kids. It is a log house with a nice, vaulted ceiling inside. You are a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants but the house’s location is private, secluded with the Gunnison river out your back door. The outdoor seating is plentiful and the fire pit was great for s’mores. Our kids had a wonderful time exploring the yard and fishing in the river. However, the cabin still has a secluded feel to the area. The space is neat, comfortable, and has everything we could have asked for. my kids lived in the river all weekend catching crawdads. as happy as could be. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. There are several hummingbird feeders which we had to fill often! My only suggestion would be to add more towel hooks.
