    Plenty of charm for this 2 bedrooms key west style house built in 1935 and located in quiet La Hacienda Historic District of delray beach.

    You Will enjoy so much living in delray, many good restaurants, wonderful beach and great ambiance.
    Also, you will love having a glass of wine at night by the pool.
    Everything is ready for cooking either inside or outside with a weber gas bbq

    The place is One block of intracoastal, surrounded by the very chic estuary area.
    The palm trail pedestrian path starts just by the house and brings you To Beach, Intracoastal, Downtown Atlantic Avenue

    Close To Intracoastal, Beach (4mn by car), Atlantic avenue (5mn) and all amenities (2mn of walmart, publix, cvs, Walgreen ). Quick access To Georges Bush Avenue bridge, A1A, I95. check the map..
