Completely Renovated And Beautifully Furnished Condo In Delray Beach...

  • Completely remodeled modern condo with brand new furniture. Lake view, new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer, flatscreen TV's, wi-fi internet in the unit. Delray Racquet Club is a resort style community with 2 swimming pools, spa, gym and tennis courts. Cable TV, water and electric included in the rent. Centrally located east of I-95, 1 mile to the beach and 5 minutes to Atlantic Ave restaurants and shops!

    Minimum stay of 30 days. For bookings in high season (Dec to March) minimum stay of 2 months required. No pets and no smoking allowed. Cleaning fee of $150 will apply per stay. Rentals are subject to Association approval, a fee of $150 is charged per person on approval application.
