I was told the next day we will put you in different room. As it was late the manager had left. When the security guard called him he even refused to speak and didnt offer any alternatives or assistance. Pathetic place, worst breakfast, bad internet connection .. we felt unsafe at night.. I can say the location of the hotel is on a remote location, but the Hotel staff are very friendly and doing their best to keep you satisfied.
