It is a small bed-and-breakfast in a residential neighborhood, not too far of a walk from some of the main attractions of Delhi. The host and staff were friendly and accommodating, and everything just felt very personalized. The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere and in a safe neighborhood. The host was very accommodating. We had to leave early one morning for the train and missed breakfast - he brought it to the train station and delivered it to us!!! The next morning he asked us our preference for Indian or western breakfast and they served it on the patio - so beautiful and delicious! The women who worked there were very kind, even taking time to help us wrap our sarees. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. There was a tv, but we could not figure out how to work it (we did not try hard). The beds were not fancy, but the rooms were cleaned daily. The owner Ajan is very attentive and helps with all little things that need to be taken care of, e.g. train tickets or sightseeing tips. Next to the hotel is a very nice peaceful park which is great for a 20min morning walk when waiting for breakfast. The staff can't speal English but somehow this made it even more authentic. Really liked this hotel as a 1st stay in Delhi or India actually, you're off for a good start!
