"I loved the fact it was a motel for dogs, and the people were invited, everything was so animal, friendly and walking spots with bags provided or a game changer.. The staff is so friendly. Negative the kitchen could be stocked better, paper towels there were no washcloths , there is a two burner stove, but nothing to cook with I will be back and bring more people with dogs, hands-down the experience has been wonderful"

"The location is perfect. So close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Shopping too. The room did need some deep cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights and would need a cleaner place for a longer stay. Or to return. You’re paying for the location. Easy access to the Coffee Mill is a plus."

"Wonderful bayfront property with beautiful water and sunset views, convenient location walkable to the beach, restaurants & shopping. We loved just hanging out on the private beach (residents only) on the bay and launching our paddle boards from there. Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the host is very responsive & communicative. Our group of 3 couples had plenty of room in the property, especially with 3 bathrooms, and we had a fabulous 3-day weekend together. Highly recommend this property!"

"Location was really the only impressive thing about this property. You can literally walk down the steps and onto the beach access ramp. Check-in process and communication with the management company was easy and responsive. The property itself is a bit dated and very shabby. We did not use the sofa bed, but the sofa itself looked like it had seen one too many frat parties, the rugs need replaced, and the tired metal chairs on the balcony (no cushions on the seats) were uninviting. The tiny galley kitchen, while equipped with basic items, (some of which looked like dollar store purchases) was nowhere near what the descriptions says is "a well-equipped kitchen complete with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the crew." Though there was a handy cleaning supply kit supplied for guests to do dish clean-up. But if your priority is to be close to the beach and center of town, this is a great find. As for price, well, it's what the market will bear, especially for the location!"
