"I am not one to complain, but I am also not one to lie. I checked out a full day early and I have zero regrets about it. The moment I walked in I had to break out my sanitizing wipes and go surface by surface, switch by switch, door handle by door handle, because the room was simply not clean. Not “travel clean.” Not even “I tried” clean. There were fingerprints on everything, crusted residue on the walls, stains on the ironing board, and oily prints on the wooden table. The headboard… I will not even finish that sentence. This property markets itself as clean. I genuinely do not think the people responsible for this room understand what that word means. I booked for three nights. I stayed for two and left immediately after our event wrapped because I was not going to spend another night there. The space itself is fine structurally, but a nice floor plan means nothing when the execution is this far below standard. If you have any standards at all, book somewhere else. If you travel with sanitizing wipes and no expectations, maybe you will survive it. I, however, will not be returning."

"My room had 2 double beds. Drawer space was limited. The bathroom setup is not ideal. The vanity (for two people) was too small. The shower/tub was in a separate room with the toilet and there were no towel racks in the shower room. It worked but not ideal. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but some of the signage is not ideal. Front desk was very responsive to any issues we raised."

"Very clean, well maintained. Room was in great shape. Breakfast from the restaurant was good. I was disappointed that the coffee is removed from the lobby early in the morning. Would greatly appreciate coffee being available at least until the afternoon. This is a common perk in hotels, including ones that are much cheaper than this property. It was also hard to reach the front desk by phone. I had to call multiple times before someone picked up."
